As your fitness companion, the Apple Watch records all your activities and motivates you to close your rings for the day. However, if you fail to record your activities due to forgetfulness, low battery, or other issues, will it break your daily streak? No, thankfully you can manually add workouts to the Apple Watch and ensure your streaks and health data aren’t disrupted.
While the manually added data might not be as precise as that recorded by the Apple Watch, it is better than not being recorded as well. Furthermore, you can also remove mistakenly recorded workouts. However, you can’t make a manual workout entry directly on the Apple Watch, you’ll have to do so via the connected iPhone.

Set Workout Reminders on Apple Watch
If you often forget to record a walk or a workout, here’s a neat trick you should check out. Set a workout reminder to enable the watch to keep tabs on your workout plans. Moreover, it will add the relevant workouts even when you forget.
You can do so, by launching the Settings app on your Apple Watch. Here, Scroll down and tap Workout, then toggle on Start Workout Reminder.
